Description
  Serial Port Monitor is a program that captures 
  data from the serial port of your PC and saves 
  the binary data to files, naming them automatically. 
  Features include graphical line status "LEDs", 
  automatic forward to user selectable printer, 
  user selectable output folder, fully configurable 
  line settings, choice of end of file detection 
  using either drop DTR detection or a binary data 
  mark up to 255 bytes in size. It can capture data 
  from the parallel port of another device or computer 
  if a parallel to serial converter is used. 

Evaluation Mode 
  This software is delivered as a fully functioning 
  application. Without a registration code, you 
  will be prompted with a registration reminder 
  when the program starts. Therafter, a 60kb limit 
  on all captured files, and a limit of 5 total 
  captured files will imposed until the software is 
  restarted. After you have purchased and entered 
  your registration code, the registration reminder 
  screen will be disabled and the file size and 
  count limits will be removed. 

Installation Notes 
  Run the setup utility to install. If you have 
  purchased a registration code, you can enter it 
  after executing the application by using the 
  Help | Register function from the main menu. 
  To help You prevent unauthorized duplication, the 
  registration code is stored encoded with machine 
  specific information. Certain changes to your 
  computer hardware may cause the software to 
  revert to evaluation mode. In this case, simply 
  re-enter the original code you purchased for
  that computer, to re-enable the software.
